With lodging, food service, lakefront access, challenge courses, and indoor gym, and many gathering spaces, Luther Crest has what you need for your next event. Located in central MN, Luther Crest, and the Alexandria Lakes Area, is an excellent choice for church and school retreats, weddings, banquets, business meetings, and family reunions. Group Event Rates
LODGING
Adult Retreat Center (ARC):
(15 rooms and 2 meeting spaces)
$135 / room for the first night
$98 / room for each additional night
Cabins:
Option 1: 8 beds (4 bunk beds, 1 queen bed in private room), full kitchen, living space, and bathrooms.
$412 / cabin for the first night
$237 / cabin for each additional night
Option 2: 10 beds (5 bunk beds) and bathrooms
$370 / cabin for the first night
$185 / cabin for each additional night
RV and Tent Sites:
$52 / RV site (with 6 sites, includes water and electric hookups)
$26 / Tent site (includes access to bathrooms/shower in the Program Center)
Food Service
Meals:
Breakfast: $13.50/person
Lunch: $13.50/person
Brunch: $18/person
Dinner: $15/person
Box Lunch: $12/person
Meal prices for children ages 4-9 years are $5 less than the full price.
0-3 years old are free.
Snacks:
Snacks: $3.50-$6.00/person/snack choice
(Popcorn, apple slices w/caramel, nachos, seasonal fruit, veggies, breads, meat, cheeses and crackers)

One meeting space is provided at no charge with lodging based on group size. All rates are per 24-hour period unless specified otherwise.

Ropes Course
Project Confidence Ropes Course
- Low Lands (3 hrs portables & low ropes course - all elements within 6' off the ground): $18.50/person (ages 8+)
- Tree Tops (3 hrs high ropes course, including zip line - all elements above 20' off the ground): $31/person (ages 12+)
- Full Day (3 hrs low ropes, lunch, 3 hrs high ropes): $57/person
Programming
Programming with Luther Crest Staff: $45-77/hr for each staff member (Programming options include Lifeguards/Swimming beach, Waterfront Equipment with kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards, Games and Activities, Leading Worships or Bible Dives and Campfires, etc.)
BOOK YOUR RETREAT
After contacting Luther Crest to secure the dates for your retreat, Luther Crest will send you a contract to sign and return with your deposit. Please remember to let us know all of the program resources you will need for your retreat, such as using recreation equipment, campfires or worship, audio-visual needs, etc.
You may want to download the map and directions, especially if you have never been to Luther Crest before. Mapquest and Google Maps do not always work perfectly, especially if you are using a car GPS or Guidance System.
