Seekers, Leapers, Witnesses, Blazers and Family Camp Week conclude with closing worship on Friday beginning at 12pm.
Closing worship for On-Site Day Camp begins at 4:30pm
You will be notified via email if we are able to get your camper into camp. A $100 deposit will be required to secure their spot.
The camp store is for souvenirs. Snacks from the Canteen are provided daily and are included in the cost of camp. Most of our store merchandise is $40 or less.
We make every effort to put your camper in a cabin with friend(s) listed as requested cabin mate(s) on your camper dashboard.
At Luther Crest, our medical team consists of an on-call physician, an on-call nurse and an on-site Health Care Manager. All of our staff members are Red Cross First Aid Certified or Red Cross Lifeguard Certified.
At check-in, you will have the opportunity to discuss your campers medications with our Health Care Manager. They will dispense medication typically at breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed. If those times are not appropriate for your camper's medication, the Health Care Manager will come up with a coordinating plan with your camper at the appropriate time.

Scholarships from your church will not be reflected on your account until we receive the check from the church. If there is a balance at the time of camp that your church will be paying, tell the staff at check-in.
You can register your camper(s) by creating an online account for your family. Click the “Register for Camp” button for a link to access or create your account. If you already have an account, you will be able to access it through the same link. Our registration system is most compatible with Google Chrome.
Click on the “forgot password” button and you will receive an email with a temporary password that will be sent to you overnight. If you are in the system and want to finish registering, please call us at (320) 846-2431 or email renaer@luthercrest.org, and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
Notify the staff at camp check-in. When you pick up your camper, we ask that you first come to our camp office (the first building on the left at the bottom of the driveway) to check them out. Please bring a photo ID with you.
If the person picking up your camper is someone other than the guardian who signed the Medical Form, please have a written note from that guardian giving us permission to release your camper to them.
