PROGRAMMED RETREATS AT LUTHER CREST

Keep the excitement of camp going all year long by coming to camp this fall, winter, and spring to explore the greatness of our Savior! We will lodge in cabins, dive into the Bible by looking deeper into what it means to build up our faith on our firm foundation in Christ, play outside, worship together, craft, create community, drink hot cocoa around a fire, and more! Don’t miss this chance to be back at camp outside of the summer season!

Lodging for youth retreats will be in a winterized cabin with bunk-style beds, each with its own bathroom and shower. You will also be with a Luther Crest counselor and approximately 8-9 other same-aged campers.
Your camper will need to bring with them:
- A sleeping bag and pillow and cozy pjs
- Weather appropriate outdoor clothing (jacket, winter coat, boots...)
- Layers for indoor and outdoor activities
- All personal toiletries and medications
- Optional: Personal Bible and journal

MEA DAY CAMP

DATE(S): October 15-16
GRADE(S): K-5
TIME: Thursday & Friday
COST: $36 per day, $72 for both days

Join us here at camp for 2 days of games, crafts, learning, singing, and fun! This Day Camp runs 9AM-5PM on the Thursday and Friday of MEA Break weekend (Oct. 15-16). Together we’ll spend time getting to know one another, playing fun fall games, and diving into the Bible through worship and discussion. Campers currently in grades K-5 are welcome to come for one or both days (both days will have different programming). Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided. Drop off is 8:30-9AM, pick up time is 5PM (you can also choose to come and be a part of closing worship at 4:30PM each day!)

WOMEN'S WEEKEND

COST: $250 (sign up with a roommate and both guests will receive $50 off their registration cost)

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GATHERING

DATE(S): December 5-6
GRADES: 5-6
TIME: Saturday-Sunday
COST: $150

Join us at Luther Crest for this 2-day Middle School Youth Gathering event: “The Rocks Cry Out!” Together we’ll dive into a fun, faith-filled, meaningful gathering centered around God’s creation, the wisdom it offers us, and the role we play in stewarding and protecting it. This gathering will feature 3 Large Assemblies with various speakers, musicians, and pastors guiding us in worship and learning. Arrival time is from 2PM-4PM Saturday December 5th, and departure will be at 2PM Sunday, December 6th. On Saturday evening we’ll have several fun nightlife options available including (weather permitting) downhill tubing, broomball on the lake, board games, a dance party, an open gym, an All Camp Game, and more! On Sunday morning we will participate in service work projects and educational breakout sessions together as we prepare to take what we’ve learned out into the world. Saturday dinner and late-night snacks and Sunday breakfast and Lunch will be included.

When registration opens, sign up with your church youth group and chaperones via the Programmed Retreats tab on our website (cabin staff are not provided by LCBC so each group must provide at least 1 adult per 9 youth). Join us for this exciting winter weekend getaway, to be together, focus on God’s creation around us, and make memories to last a lifetime!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ADULT LEADERS:

Pastors and youth directors, all campers need to be registered online and all forms should be completed prior to arrival at Luther Crest. Please complete registration for yourself as well so we have all of your information. Contact registrar Renae Rush (renaer@luthercrest.org) to reserve lodging and meals for the weekend for all adult leaders coming with your campers. There is no charge for adult resource people bringing youth and staying for the weekend. Consider making a free-will offering through the donation link on our website to cover the cost of meals and lodging.
