PROGRAMMED RETREATS

Keep the excitement of camp going all year long by coming to camp this fall, winter, and spring to explore the greatness of our Savior! We will lodge in cabins, dive into the Bible by looking deeper into what it means to build up our faith on our firm foundation in Christ, play outside, worship together, craft, create community, drink hot cocoa around a fire, and more! Don’t miss this chance to be back at camp outside of the summer season!

Lodging for youth retreats will be in a winterized cabin with bunk-style beds, each with its own bathroom and shower. You will also be with a Luther Crest counselor and approximately 8-9 other same-aged campers.
Your camper will need to bring with them:
- A sleeping bag and pillow and cozy pjs
- Weather appropriate outdoor clothing (jacket, winter coat, boots...)
- Layers for indoor and outdoor activities
- All personal toiletries and medications
- Optional: Personal Bible and journal

Programmed retreats aren't just for young kids! Luther Crest offers adult retreats as well. Discover a haven of renewal and connection amidst the serene beauty of Luther Crest. FALL DAY CAMP

DATE(S): October 17 and 18
GRADES: K-5
TIME: Thursday-Friday
COST: $60 (including a $30 non-refundable deposit)

Join us here at camp for 2 days of games, crafts, learning, singing, and fun! This Day Camp runs 9AM-5PM on the Thursday and Friday of MEA weekend (October 17-18). Together we’ll spend time getting to know one another, playing fun fall games, and diving into our theme: “Love in Action!” Through scripture, worship, crafts, and games, we will discover ways that God’s love for us empowers us to love others and the world around us! Campers currently in grades K-5 are welcome to come for one or both days (both days will have different programming). Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided. Drop off is 9AM, pick up time is 5PM (you can also choose to come and be a part of closing worship at 4:30PM each day!)

ADVENT FAMILY RETREAT

DATE(S): December 6-8
GRADES: All ages
TIME: Friday - Sunday
COST: $300/family ($50 Non-Refundable Deposit)

There’s no better place to be during Advent season than together - and there’s no better place to be together than at Luther Crest! Join us with the whole family for a weekend of fun games, worships, crafts, and advent themed devotionals! Get cozy by our fireplaces, and stay together in our beautiful cabins by the lake and woods! A Friday night snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack, and Sunday brunch will be provided! Check in is Friday at 7PM and closing worship is Sunday at 11AM!

CHILDREN AND YOUTH RETREAT

TIME: Friday - Sunday
COST: $205 ($50 Non-Refundable Deposit)

Join us for friends, fun, and a faith-filled weekend at Luther Crest! Come on Friday evening and stay at camp until Sunday morning at camp, playing games, learning, hanging out, and spending the nights in our cabins with your friends and our awesome Luther Crest Staff! Together we’ll spend time getting to know one another, enjoying the Minnesota winter, and diving into our theme: “Love in Action!” Through scripture, worship, crafts, and games, we will discover ways that God’s love for us empowers us to love others and the world around us! Campers currently in grades K-12 are welcome to register and will stay in cabin groups based on age. A Friday night snack, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack, and Sunday brunch will be provided! Check in is Friday at 7PM and closing worship and pickup is Sunday at 11AM! Family/Guardians are encouraged to join us for closing worship.

ADULT CREATIVE RETREAT

DATE(S): March 20, 21-23, 2025
TIME: Friday - Sunday, optional addition Thursday
COST: $175 (+$40 if you choose to come on Thursday night) ($50 Non-Refundable Deposit)

Come one, come all to Luther Crest for the 2025 Creatives Retreat! This get together will give you an opportunity to escape to picturesque Luther Crest just as Spring is preparing to blossom, and let your creativity soar in community together with other creative adults! Come express yourself and share in creativity and joy with friends! Depending on the amount of participants that register for this adult retreat, you may be required to share your Adult Retreat Center hotel-style room with a roommate. If you have roommate requests, please include them as a roommate request when you register. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ADULT LEADERS:

Pastors and youth directors, all campers need to be registered online and all forms should be completed prior to arrival at Luther Crest. Please complete registration for yourself as well so we have all of your information. Contact registrar Renae Rush (renaer@luthercrest.org) to reserve lodging and meals for the weekend for all adult leaders coming with your campers. There is no charge for adult resource people bringing youth and staying for the weekend. Consider making a free-will offering through the donation link on our website to cover the cost of meals and lodging.
