LUTHER CREST HOLIDAY BAKE SALE (2025)

Back by popular demand, Luther Crest is again hosting its annual Christmas bake sale! Don't worry about how you're going to find time to make your family's favorite holiday treats. Let Luther Crest do the baking for you this holiday season! Our fabulously popular cookies, candies, and breads will certainly get your taste buds dancing and make your Christmas season much less hectic. Buy some treats for your family, or gift a few dozen to friends, family, or neighbors.

Important Dates:
The online ordering system opens on November 1.
All orders must be received by December 5. If mail orders come in after that date, we will try our best to fill them, but there is no guarantee. Please ensure enough time for your mailed in order forms to arrive before December 5.

2. Order via mail by downloading the form to the right, filling it out, and either dropping it off or mailing it to Luther Crest at

To pay for your order:
1. If you order online through the link above, you will be directed to a payment portal where you can pay via card upon submitting the order form.
2. If you mail in a physical order form (or drop one off), you can include a check to Luther Crest or cash with your order form.
3. Or, you can pay when you pick up your order at Luther Crest. While we prefer payments are made ahead of time, payment at pickup is also accepted in either cash, card, or check.

Orders can be picked up at any of the following locations and times. Please make sure you indicate which option you'd like on your order form.
  • Luther Crest Bible Camp dining hall on Friday Dec. 12 from 3:00-6:00pm
  • Luther Crest Bible Camp dining hall on Saturday Dec. 13 from 9:00am-12:00pm
  • Mt. Calvary Church in Eagen on Wednesday Dec. 10 from 4:00-6:00pm
  • Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Cloud on Thursday Dec. 11 from 12:00pm-2:00pm
  • Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls on Thursday Dec. 11 from 4:00-6:00pm
  • Lutheran Church of the Good Shephard Moorhead on Friday Dec. 12 from 12:00pm-2:00pm
  • Nelson Care Center by Vivie in Alexandria (12th Ave.) on Monday Dec. 15 2:00-3:0pm
