Luther Crest is called and committed to

Luther Crest's outdoor ministry will provide:

bible Study as integral parts of our days together.
Register Early! All campers are registered
on a first come first registered basis. No
phone registrations will be taken.
Select a program
(click to view our summer programs) which is appropriate for your child
according to the grade in which he/she is presently
enrolled prior to the summer (2007-2008 School Year).
All
registrations must be accompanied by an $80 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied to the
total fee, with any balance due upon check-in at camp.
Pre-registration is necessary. Registration less $80 deposit is refundable if
cancellation is more than 15 days before the camper arrival
date; after this time all submitted fees are forfeit. The
deposit is non-transferable to other campers or programs.
Upon receiving your registration
Luther Crest will
send you the following: Confirmation Letter, Map to Camp,
Health Form, "What to Bring to Camp" List., and a Code of
Conduct.
All campers must bring completed and signed Health and
Code of Conduct forms to check-in the first day of their camp
week.
Once a camper has arrived at camp, the entire
registration fee in non-refundable. Exceptions may be made and
the fee prorated in the event of a family emergency.
Each camper is subsidized by gifts from member
church congregations and
individuals. Member churches are those that own
the Luther Crest Corporation and pay regularly to the general fund.

to pay an additional 15% to help support the ministry of Luther
Crest Bible Camp.
Luther Crest would like camp to be
affordable to campers; if cost is an issue, we and many churches
have camperships available.
Discounts
and Incentives
Early Bird: Register online
at any time OR
by standard mail by February 29, 2008 and receive a $15 discount
from the total registration cost; online registrations must include
the $80 deposit minimum.
Sibling Discount: The first
registered family member pays full price; any additional
siblings from the same household receive a $25 discount each. These
discounts cannot be applied to online registrations at the time of
registration; any corrections following paid fees will take place in
the family's choice of a rebate check or canteen discount (sibling
discount is not applicable to day camps or women's
week programs).
Roommate Policy
Campers may choose up to two cabin mates. When
each person chooses the other, we will do our best to grant their
rooming requests. To ensure that all children meet new
friends, we will only put three friends together in the same cabin.

Please note that roommates are assigned just prior to
arrival at camp.
